We are a business Multi Dry (Pty) Ltd 6 Bell Crescent Hennopspark. Our ADSL line was reported faulty on the 05/03/2013 there ref.nr. 531CTK050513.
After numerous calls from ourselves and our IT contractors our line is still out of order. We get no feedback from Telkom and no service. If we do get hold of them by phone they keep on shifting the problem to a diffirent department. This has now become totally ridiculous and we therfore ask if you can assist in this matter.
