Hi, its been more than month since my ADSL line has been so slow that i am even unable to open Google as it times out after a few seconds. After numerous calls to the call centre a technition finally comes and checks the line, faulty cable outside the property. To date, no techinition has been at out to look at the cable! They keep resetting ports and apparently escalating the calls but im still getting slow download speeds if i am lucky at most 2KBs and yet they still expect payment! Modem shows Us512KBS/ Ds 256KBs which is pathetic. Time to send a agent to have a look at the issue! patience is getting thin...
