More than 2 week wait for my phone

I went to AutoPage Southgate to upgrade my phone on the 10th April 2013. I was told they had a and could not give me a phone immediately. They will phone me when it arrives. Two weeks go by. So, I enquire again at Southgate branch on the 24th April - still no stock. No one can tell me when they will receive stock. Shop assistant totally useless and clueless. I phoned the Autopage customer service line on the 26th April - the call operator, Elsie is just as clueless and merely attempts to deflect the problem back to the branch. Terrible, terrible service Autopage!!

Your advertisement in the Sunday Times is blatant false advertising. You claim in your ad - "Less Hassle, Less waiting... ". Well that is NOT my experience! If there are delays, your staff should at the very least tell the customers when the product will be arriving. This "don't know" attitude will not do.

By the way, went with my friend to Vodashop. Forms filled out, signed and supplied with phone of choice in 20 minutes!
