Where has all my money gone!?

Unlawfully billing me for unknown services! This has been going on since March 2013 and only got my post recently as the post office was striking. Was wondering why I was suddenly broke. They have unlawfully taken over R600 from me!! I am furious! R10 a day for ghost breath! I don't have the money for this. I am a student at Tuks university. I need this money!!! And yes I know that is misuse of exclamation marks! I am just furious!
I DEMAND A REFUND and a response on how this happened and to unsubscribe from this mystery service I never subscribed for.

Please contact me and refund me.

The number billed is 071 0348719. A tablet number, so preferably contact me on my mobile phone number given in the not displayed area.
