I took out a phone at the iStore at The Glen and was assisted by an MTN consultant and and it was an upgrade and he upgraded me to My Anytime 200 which i didnt ask him to so do as i was on My Top up 200 so its ging for the second month now as i have been requesting that then put me back on My Top up 200 as i was initially on it. MTN has billed me for the 1st month and im sure they are going to bill me again this month under My Anytime 200 which is an open line. I went to the istore and spoke to Nhlanhla Bacela's boss and his name Gerhard Lubbe and he assured me that since Nhlanhla Bacela is on leave he will make sure that as soon as he gets back he sorts out my query its now 2 weeks and i haven't heard anything from Nhlanhla nor his boss Gerhard Lubbe. Or else MTN can take their phone back as i am serious not impressed with their consultant at the istore at The Glen shopping Mall.
