Sick and tired of wasting my time

My fiance went for an upgrade the 1st of January 2013, his debit order always went off on the 7th of each month, he asked for it to be changed to the 1st of every month, which was only done after going back 3 times, finally it was changed. Now our dongal kept saying "connection terminated" everytime we would want to go on the internet, so we went back to mtn to only find that we had to pay a certain amount of money so that it would work again, the next month it was exactly the same again, again we paid the amount and it was said to us that it would never happen again and that everything was sorted out. My fiance always pays his bill and is never behind with anything. Now this month it is exactly the same problem!!! I have to use the internet for work and I find this totally unacceptable!!! I want this problem fixed!!! Not even to talk about the bad reception in my area too.
