084274063 I took out an Internet account about 3 months ago and since then had nothing but problems. I asked for the R118-00 package which includes 2 Gig but got the R89-00 without the stick. Before even leaving the store I realised the mistake and they corrected it. The next working day two amounts of R114-00 went off for connection fees - I was told by the sales person that it could happen and that I must come back and they will correct it. I went back just to be told it cannot be reversed because the policy said so. (I was promised a copy of policy which never happened). The second problem started with the first deductions I was debited R103.98 and R212.99 - I phoned the call centre and was told that it shows that I have two accounts I was promised that it will be fixed and my account will be credited. REF 3032603688. Nobody came back to me so I assume everything is correct. This month again I was debited with R161... I phone again this time to be told that there is a "Dream1" content added to my contract and I must phone another number to take it off. Ref 3042503204. I Never asked for any extra contents
