Incorrect cell number for a-n-other custome

This was my email of 9.0713 : "I am a long-standing Truworths customer in Pretoria, but somehow Truworths Cape Town has MY cell number for a Ms ZM MANGANYE - I have previously had phone calls from your Cape Town branch looking for this person and despite telling your staff member/caller that this number was not Ms Manganye's, I now have just received an sms offering credit and vouchers for this person. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR CUSTOMER DETAILS - THE CELL NUMBER BELOW IS NOT FOR MS MANGANYE. I do not know her and have no connection to her. PLEASE ALSO CONFIRM BY RETURN, THAT MY NUMBER HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF HER RECORDS."
I received an automated reply" Thank you etc... if you do not have a response within 2 working days please call (Cape Town number)"
My response was I would wait for their reply email or phonecall as there was no way I was going to call CT in peak time at MY expense.
My request was sent to them to their call centre via their website and to [Email Removed] both with the same automated reply above - I have yet to have any actual contact.from them.
