Ever Since I signed up a contract with Cell C I have had nothing but problems with signal and dropping calls.
I am in a sales industry and my phone is my life line, I have not been able to hold on to 80% of the calls I make or when someone calls in. I have lost clients now due to this! I have called Cell C many times due to this (off of a land Line) and when I get hold of them they send me to every department who passes me around then when I land back to the same department they say dial this number and it should be fixed, well nothing has been fixed!
I stay in Ballito and work around Sheffield Beach and travel to Umhlanga so its not like its a rural area and every where I go I drop calls or cant make calls. The worst part is i have had a few urgent times where I needed to get hold of my family and none of the calls would go through and when they did it always dropped the call and when they called back it went straight to my voice mail.
If you read this do not sign up to Cell C - the lower cost per month is not worth the quality and it WILL provide you with countless frustration. I regret ever moving from Vodacom!!!
