Started an acount with 8ta, which i pay off monthly! every month the bill goes up and i dont get my 10gig cap. I called and found that the problem was my banking details were incorrect. Since then I have corrected it and still the bill goes up but still no internet! Its been a month and a half now since i found out of the problem, they said they amount due would be deducted at the start of the month and my internet would be reconnected... BUT NOTHING!!! thanks 8ta for wasting my time, money, trust in you and my patience. I want some results or my contract cancelation.
