Billed Twice for the same thing

Once again Mtn disappoints me. After upgrading a contract and transferring it from one person to another. Mtn did not complete the debit order as signed for during the contract proceedings. After cutting off the internet connection we have (Take not not the cellphone, which was not paid but the Internet) we realised that Mtn never completed the debit order. This costed us driving to the next town to have the account sorted and to pay in CASH (March 2013). But once again there is a problem with the account. Instead of being Billed R200 for the internet and R250 for the Cellphone contract we have been Billed R700 (April 2013). After enquiring the amount I was told that the transfer fee and activation fee had not been payed. This being said after I provided a detailed receipt stating that the above mentioned had been paid. I was told to pay the amount and it will be fine next month. I had the debit order withdrawn and refuse to pay until the problem has been sorted out completely. I will not pay any more than I am suppose to in the first place. I am tired of bad customer service and downright rude consultants.
