I was cold called by Yello Mobile on behalf of MTN on Thursday Morning while in traffic on my way to Sandton, so before 09h00 in the morning. After she told me where she was calling from I responded that I was not interested. She then asked me what exactly I was not interested in. Firstly I find that VERY rude as the company is calling my personal phone which means I have every right to refuse the service being offered without having to explain myself. I continued to explain that my husband has an MTN data bundle and that it is trying at the best of times and I ama therefore not interested. She then starts shouting on the phone telling me I have no right to state that MTN '' - apparently my words not hers and slams the phone down on me. I have NEVER had such appalling service from anyone and after repeatedly trying to contact the call centre back resorted to Hello Peter to air my grievances.
