I just got a call from a very rude and obnoxious lady trying to convince me of some deal yello mobile has preapproved me for. I do not like to waste my time with these kind of calls, so very POLITELY insisted I was not interested. She then pursued and carried on at me of why am I not interested. I will tell you why I am not interested... Cause I have the right not to be harassed on my phone when I am not interested in changing mobile network or getting another phone etc. After her stating something about me being Physic as had not heard what she has to offer- but I was not interested, I abruptly put down the phone. Being spoken to like this- is no way ever going to sit right with anyone. Yello Mobile is in my mind one of the rudest cold calling companies I have every come across due to this call. What I was not interested in wasting my time!!! If I want to change mobile, I will do so on my own accord. I don't need to be so rudely spoken to. And to top it off... after I abruptly put the phone down I receive the following sms... "Thank you for your interest in Yello Mobile etc and will keep me posted on deals and special"! Excuse me... NO THANK YOU- remove me from your list
