Not keeping their end of the bargain!

This is not so much a problem with the Durban North Branch, as it is with Nashua Mobile in general. As per my contract taken out 4 months ago, one of the terms of such were that I was to be provided with 200mb of date "plus an additional 150mb". However, subsequent to me receiving 3 consecutive exorbitant and unjust phone bills, I smelt a rat and deduced that instead of me receiving 350mb of data per month (as per the terms of my contract), I was only receiving 200mb, the net result evidencing how in fact Nashua Mobile were not providing me with the "additional 150mb".

I find this outrageous, and the epitome of the proverbial "bigger man" screwing the smaller one. Had I not detected this now, who knows how long it would carry on. The sting of this reality is worsened by the fact that MTN charge R1.75 per mb of data. Simple maths suggest how considering I have essentially been out of 450mb of date, my loss has been quite substantial.

Upon reporting this to my local branch, it was confirmed that I had not been receiving my additional data. I was promised a remedying of this, and a crediting of my account with my net loss. It has been 10 days and I haven't heard a word!
