I would like to commend the cell c branch especially Timothy and Habib. They really helped me alot and are always happy to help. I would also like to commend the call centres as they have always helped me with great efficiency and good attitude. The branch helped me replace an z10 that had an out of box failure and made the entire porting and return very smoothly. Really great to know you can still get good service!
