On friday night money was drawn out of my acc which appears to be card cloning.
I am truley impressed with the call centre efficiency as when i called they were friendly helpful and cancelled my card within mins. Explained the process in complete detail.

then on sat i went into randburg branch to sort out new card fill in dispute forms and and and
A gentleman by the name of eddie and a lady by the name of (i think) thendani? helped me and man was i impressed at their understanding, friendly service and willingness to help.
