GOOD DAY. HEREBY I JUST WANT TO COMMEND NOMVULO FROM CELL C CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HER EFFICIENCY AND HELPFULNESS. SHE IS SURELY AN ASSET TO CELL C CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS ASSISTED PROMPTLY AND WITH GREAT EFFORT. IF I COULD I WOULD VOTE HER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH. ON 04/10/2013 I WENT INTO THE CELL C SHOP AT THE RIVERSQUARE MALL TO DO A CELLPHONE UPGRADE. I WAS HELPED BY ONE OF THE SALES STAFF (UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT RECALL THE NAME) AND WAS JUST TOLD SORRY WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU WITH AN UPGRADE DUE TO YOUR CREDIT RATING. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF CELL C NOW SINCE 2008. I DECIDED TO CALL CELL C DIRECT TO FIND OUT ABOUT CANCELLING MY CONTRACTS (5). I WAS ASSISTED BY NOMVULO WHO GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE AND ALSO ASSISTED ME IN UPGRADING MY CONTRACT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I WILL NEVER VISIT CELL C RIVERSQUARE EVER AGAIN AND WILL ONLY MAKE USE OF CELL C DIRECT. GREAT WORK NOMVULO. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
