I didnt want to be one of those people who just complain and then dont commend good service. With that said, it gives me great pleasure to inform you that my issues with Planet fitness has been resolved!! I have to reiterate a previous poster and say that the problems we have complained about here, comes from incompetence at head office. A huge thank you to the Operations manager Jason for your assistance with this matter. On the branch level, service is good, communication is efficient. Good luck to everyone else trying to resolve their complaints. I hope you get a good outcome like I did.
