Supplied me a phone which was wrongly blacklisted

We took our blackberry into be repaired. They replaced it with a refurbished phone before the warranty had expired. I have been using the refurbished phone since October/November and last Thursday the
phone was wrongly blacklisted. The warranty has since expired and they are willing to do nothing about it.
I have been there on numerous occasions and nothing has been done
about it. Everybody is passing the buck. My phone is a business line and I am losing business daily.
I have been told today to go to ICASA directly but I purchased the phone from Vodacom. The staff is unfriendly
and have a bad attitude. Not willing to try and sort out the problem.
