Incompetent staff and bad service

25-12-2012 I received a Samsung Galaxy S2 for Christmas. Shortly after it gave me problems but my nearest Vodacom store is in another town so on 24-02-2013 I booked it in for a faulty battery and charger and the fact that it gets extremely hot and just switches off. So I get my phone back AND GUESS WHAT they replaced the battery but the charger still didn't work and it still got hot and rebooted. So I sent it in again on 22-03-2013 and the same problems occurred so it was sent in AGAIN. I hope that third time would be the charm but unfortunately not. I am very upset about this now. The whole excitement of owning a smart phone is gone as well as the sweet jester someone had in buying me this smart phone has been ruined. I am in no mood to longer debate with your staff about this matter as they are clearly incompetent and I tired of the terrible service you offer! I did not pay for a "dud" phone so why should I be happy with one? It's utterly pathetic the way Vodacom values their customers. What's the use having a smart phone when it's not smart at all! I would rather my phone be replaced (in the same colour) or a full refund! This is not putting the customer first.
