MIGRATION FEE

I UPGRADED MY PHONE LAST MONTH AT 8TA MENLYN AS MY CONTRACT IS EXPIRING NEXT MONTH, THE CONSULTANT INFORMED THAT THE INSTALMENT WILL GO OFF END OF JUNE AS I HAVE TO FINISH MY OLD PHONE FIRST END OF MAY, TO MY SUPRISE I RECEIVED A SMS YESTERDAY INFORMING THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBITED WITH AN AMOUNT OF R856.31 (OF WHICH I HAVE NO COOKING CLUE FOR WHAT) I THEN WENT TO THE BRANCH THE CONSULTANT COULD NOT ASSIST ME AS THEIR SYSTEM WAS OFF LINE, SHE THEN ADVISED THAT I CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE, I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE TODAY AT 09:41 AND I WAS ADVISED THAT THE MONEY INCLUDES MY INSTALMENT PLUS THE MIGRATION FEE BUT NO ONE INFORMED ME OF SUCH CAUSE I WOULD HAVE HAD AN OPTION ON WHETHER I TAKE THE PHONE NOW OR LATER WHEN MY CONTRACT EXPIRES, I AM REALLY APPAULED AT HOW THIS IS HANDLED, MY INSTALMENT IS R397 P/M SO I MUST PAY ANOTHER R459.00 THAT I NEVER BUDGETED FOR, IF I REVERSE THE PAYMENT IT WILL HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT, MY CREDIT RECORD AND THEY WILL BLOCK MY PHONE, WHY SHOULD I SUFFER FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCY BECAUSE THEY NEVER EXPLAINED THIS TO ME, I WANT THIS SORTED OUT BEFORE THE 30TH OF APRIL OTHERWISE I AM TAKING BACK THAT STUPID FONE AND CANCELLING THE STUPID CONTRAC
