I've got 2 Control chat contracts with Cell C, the one is 0747547414 and the other is 0742847714, since I've took out this contracts I have problems with the one 0742847714 I never received any statements, I did call them on a lot of occasions and no one ever sorted it out and now there is a problem with my monthly debit order as well now, my contract agreement for this contract was actually suppose to be R100 a month and then they changed they changed it with out informing me, I don't know for what reason, if I call them they give me unacceptable explanations and if you signed for R100 why don't they keep to the agreement and I also want to know why don't they debit my account anymore, because now I have to pay them cash each month. I would just like someone to advice me or help me with this problem.
