RTT attempted to deliver a cellphone to me today, after my concluding a contract with MTN. The detail on the delivery documentation and contract was so pathetically wrong that RTT was unable to hand over the phone. My name wrongly spelt and the address for billing and RICA - 100% useless. Thus the staff at the call centre cannot follow my spelling out detail to them resulting in my being very disappointed for not getting the handset today. In mitigation I add that the handover from sale to delivery was quick. But the mess with the (in) correct information on the documents is not acceptable.
