Bad BIS Service from 8.ta

For about 2 weeks now my BIS service has been less than satisfactory. I live in an area that has good (ish) coverage (3G) but still my BIS service has been horrible. The problem is not speeds, 8ta's speed is okay. But the problem is that the service cuts for about half an hour at a time. I'm using a BlackBerry 9300. When the connection cuts, the network indicator will display 3G or 3g and sometimes it will show the regular "3G? " but nothing works (Whatsapp and BBM messages do not receive or send and the Browser only gives a Communication Error). I've phoned the call centre often just to be told to register the host routing table and/or disable then enable TCP IP. I have paid for the full BIS service (60 rand) not the Social Email plan. This problem has only been ocurring since the beginning of this year.
