It is so hard choosing the correct "Nature of Complaint" as it is in fact all of the above!
When it comes to placing an order for a new phone line, the service is great! But when it comes to folowing up on the progress, there is no service what so ever. I have been expecting a call everyday for the past week, with the call centre telling me every day "someone will call you with feedback". This has become my daily routine. I am actualy busy on the phone with a lady with the name of Bongile Vilegasie who is yet again promissing me that someone will phone me back.

I wish that it wasn't neccecary to go through this call centre rubish, but it appears that if you want a telkom line and dont mind waiting a month for feedback, than this is the only way.

My order was for the phoneline to be installed on 02 May, but at this stage I am hoping to get confirmation of my order by then!
I would cancel the order completely and go to Neotel or Vodacom, but I have already paid my deposit and do not even want to THINK about the mission it will be to get that back.

Any way, good luck to anyone wanting to have a line installed! You have my symphathy...
