Mantoa your response that an affidavit is required when doing Sim swop with ID in-store does not make sense and is false. My partner did a sim swop in one of your branches in Pretoria without an avidavit but after having been identified with ID. You seem to be as clueless as the people who helped my brother. There are so many complaints about MTN on this forum and to me that shows how bad customer services can be at MTN.
