Persistent "Please Call Me" Messages

Further to the post and reply below, I am on the Vodacom network so the *121# USSD code will not work. Please investigate this matter further and advise since the perpetrator is on YOUR network!

Previous Complaint:

A subscriber on the MTN network (0836224237) keeps sending "Please Call Me" messages. I receive up to 6 messages a day, at all hours, from this person even though I have called them and told them that I do not know them.

I called Mtn and got passed from person to person before being put through to the pay as you go helpline where I ended the call out of frustration.

Why is it so hard to report abuse of a service and have it sorted out by the correct department?
