Reported the problem early Monday 22nd April by visiting the Mtn at Hyde Park, Johannesburg and also attempted to speak to a consultant through the call centre which didn't work at all. It is now Friday 25th April and still cannot make calls, nor can I receive calls. The consultant at Hyde Park escalated the problem on Monday and said he would call me back that same day. I did not hear from him, so went back to Mtn Hyde Park Friday 25th April in the morning and complained again. This problem is only with some MTN numbers and cannot understand why this should be, apparently the "Voice" is not activated.
I rely heavily on my phone working at all times and I am furious regarding this problem. I have been a longstanding customer of MTN and disgusted regarding the service and that no one has had the decency to advise on the problem and when it will be resolved.
