I have a VW blue Motion that I purchased in February 2011, since u purchased this car new I have had nothing but problems. Just after is 15000 km service the car broke down. The car was towed away and 4days later it was fix and I was advised that there was a problem with the exhaurst that converts carbon. Because of the fact the Hyde Park VW so really friendly with there services when it came to 30000 km service I took it to hyde park and dealt with Julian. He service the car and just after the service my cars engine management light came back on. I drove the car back to hyde park and it was closing time. Julian said to me that this isn't an issue its the caterlitic convertor and said that it would fix itself when I drive it. A week later the light was still on. I called Julian again and he said that I don't need to worry it will go off again. Let me also mention that myself and my wife bought VW polo's on the same day and that hyde park over filled the oil in her car and we had to wait 3 days to get it back. To make a long story short when I took my car to Hatfield (excellent service) I was advsied that this car is dangerous and that I should never have driven this car.
