A1-NV7F-SBP110 query

Kim from vodacom contacted me and the points were reversed. I later managed to get them to exchange the points for a phone. Later on, the delivery guy came to my house twice and found my mother on both occassions, the first occassion he wanted my id number and they didnt have so the second occurence he wanted an actual ID, which they failed to produce and said he will call me back but to no avail. I have been calling vodacom on a weekly if not daliy basis and am utterly disgusted. My previous ref A1-NV3B-MF8S1 and now A1-NV7F-SBP110. I have been calling to a point that i cant even call Vodacom using my own number as it tells me i need to call next month, thats absurd. How do you have call center agents working for a company but they have no idea what they are doing. I have been transferred from pillar to post and still nothing. Why am i fighting this battle? I have asked to get a tracking number so that i can contact RAM directly but still from one useless agent to the next. I am extremely frustrated but their service and dont think i want to remain their loyal customer anymore. Its like now i work at a voda call center explaining 1 thing ten times in a day. This is pure nonsense.
