Rude to me as a custome

I contact you in disbelief and desmay this morning.
I went into MTN in Somerset Mall yesterday to ask them to help me to sort out my problem with my Blackberry Z10 which has been at the repair centre for more than a month now.
I spoke to the sales person and explained my situation and that I truely do not feel that it is my doing that my phone is broken and that I do not feel I should pay for it. I basically asked him what I can do and what is going on with my phone. He then went to the manager and after a while came out smirking and saying the manager wants to see me in her office... I felt very uncomfortable with this and said to him why must I go into her office... he then disappeared again returning with the manager Z Stewart. She was very aggressive the moment she sat down in front of me saying in Afrikaans what exactly is your problem! I tried to explain but she was so rude and not really listening to what I was saying. when I explained another technition who live in Vereening told me he has seen the same thing happen to phones there and that it is not my fault, she laught in my face and said "ag asb mevrou" it ended by me asking her name and leaving very upset
