I received a call in mid Jan offering me a wifi router. I accepted the offer and had 14 days to return the goods, if not entirely satisfied. Upon receipt of the goods, I found that the signal at my residence was really poor, so I called the number provided to return the router, with the specified time (ref:13641197.) I had to call a few times for the courier service to collect, which eventually happened on 18 Mar 13. I recently checked my account and found that I am billed for Feb, Mar & Apr. I send an email on 19 Apr requesting the cancellation thereof and the reversal of the subs. I received a reply that the query is escalated to Vodacom Direct (Ref:25560.) I was told that I would receive a call or correspondence from V Dir between 24 to 48 hours. On 23 Apr I had to follow up and only then did Mr Desigan Reddy call to say that he will have the contract cancelled and and and, and all will done done by the close of business. I waited for confirmation, nothing happened. On 24 Apr I had to call him, to be told that contract was cancelled and he will send an sms confirming same. The reversal of subs will be looked into. Well here I am still waiting for written confirmation and so forth
