TELKOM FAILS TO MEET REPAIR DATE

3 weeks ago I logged a complaint to inform Telkom that our internet was not working. After your sales people fought with us telling us that the internet was actually working, your people eventually came to the realisation several hours later that indeed the internet was not working. You told us you would come yesterday to fix the cable (3 weeks after our complaint) and yet nobody came. Then we called to find out why you guys had not come to fix the problem, only to discover that nobody had even logged the call. One of my family members works from home and cannot be without internet for 3 weeks, which we already have done. We can't afford to wait another 3 weeks or more for our connection to be fixed. We are paying for a service that we cannot even use!
