Cell C Giga200 Extremely slow & not working at all

With my 8ta 120GB bundle almost expired, I decided to try Cell C's Giga200. I previously used their 24GB bundle which was great. However, to be safe, I tested their 3G on a normal cell c sim card which worked. I got the Giga200 2 days ago & it barely works. It was the same even today. I could not connect to websites even local ones. It only works during the night and slowly. I tried my 8ta sim & it worked perfectly & much faster. The Giga 200 speed in the day is worse than the 56K modems of old. I've tried a 21Mbps & even a CellC 7.2Mbps modem. Most sites could not even connect.

How can Cell C sell 3G Data that does not work. I'm in the Durban North area & my signal strength is always 90% to 99%. In fact, signal was 99% & I could not browse sites. My modem is by the window with no obstruction.

I've seen complaints for lack of stock for the Giga200. If only they knew how lucky they are not to have wasted money on this. This bundle does not work in the day time. The 8ta 120GB bundle is far better option even with 80GB less data. I am so disappointed with Cell C. If this cannot be resolved, I want a refund so I can get the 8ta bundle again & have actual internet access.
