I sent an email to [Email Removed] on Wednesday, 17 April. I AM STILL waiting for a response. This is after a phonecall into the Callcentre generates a response that "we have high call volumes, but send an email and we will get back to you shortly" Well, We have reached 8 days, and I would like to port a number to these clowns.
