CANCELLING MY CONTRACTS SOON!!

Calling in to enquire why both youre lines gets suspended because only the one was paid was a total hassle, firstly calling in and the operator says that they are experiencing High call volumes, i then email customer service and i get an AUTOMATED response saying that Cell C is experiencing high email volumes...?? really now!! I then go online to and request a callback.. 3 days and no call back.. I eventually call in again and get through to a DONALD who then was so rude and refuses to get me a manager, or to even let his manager know that i requested a call back.

I then call back a day later and a manager says that the matter will be addressed with the agent. Yet its been 5 days and my line has till not been connected. I dont understand why both lines get disconnected when only the was not paid? Its two DIFFERENT CONTRACTS and TWO DIFFERENT DEBIT ORDERS that gets deducted monthly!! So why does it get disconected TOGETHER! PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU CANT USE DOES NOT MAKE THE SENSE!!

CANCELLING BOTH MY CONTRACTS SOON! FEDDUP WITH CELL C..3 years with this network and never a good Experience! CHANGING NETWORKS WILL ONLY MAKE SENSE!
IM DONE WITH FIGHTING!!
