When i upgraded my laptop to a new one, i asked the lady if i was due for an upgrade and if i was whether there were any additional charges. She advised me that there werent. I got an account for R2000 odd and when i queried this, i was told that i upgraded "early" and still had to pay in due to that. Had i been answered honestly when i asked if i was legible for an upgrade and told that i woudl have to pay in i would never have re-newed my contract and woudl have waited until my contract had expired!

This is so dishonest! People rather chase money/commission than being honest to their customers!

Not happy at all!
