Don't take out Cell C and UNISA's 3G deal

I bought the Cell C and Unisa 3G deal on the 13/08/13 and at that time I received a confirmation of payment. I emailed my details through to their [Email Removed] email address with an automatic response saying that I will be helped shortly. Today is the 03/09/13 and I am still phoning the customer care center to no avail, some consultants just drop my call, other make me hold on the line for 20 min waiting for me to give up (I don't) then drop my call.

I am getting sick of all the zero's I am pressing to rate their service! If I do get someone on the line I get told to phone numerous numbers of people in no position to help me. I have paid my money and the contract has been created but it looks like I will have to force legal action for them to render performance. I get put through to 'supervisors' on the floor which represent themselves.

To make matters worse they promised students who email [Email Removed] a free 3G modem if within the first 3000 clients. I received an email telling me I will be contacted shortly as to where I can pick it up. Guess what? No response!
