I recently switched ISPs to OpenWeb and got a new 4Mbps uncapped account, I was having a few problems with connectivity and emailed their support staff. They assisted me and identified my router as the cause of the issues. They offered to send me a complimentary router and I received it within 3 days of submitting my ticket.
