NON COMPLIANCE TO S129 NAT CR ACT 2005

Ive been with MTN since 2010, On the 17th Feb '13 my cellphone was, I notified mtn & asked if they can trace the phone as it was enabled with blackberry protect & was told dat they don't trace phones they only do so if its under investigation by police therefore I had 2 do it myself, but didn't succeed in finding it so I told them 2 blacklist it, &; was told 2 do a sim swap, so I said to the agent there is no point of doing a sim swap as I don't have a spare phone to put the sim in. So. In March I went to MTN at EastRand Mall 2 find out how much I owed dem & it was R658 da lady dat assisted me asked why I was behind coz I always paid my acc on time so I said I would pay the account on 05/04/2013, I kept to my agreement & when I had 2 do a cash payment @ the store I couldn't the guy jst told me dat da acc is wit legal, I asked what he meant by dat and said its a department that handles accounts dat are behind, he said I mst call 808 and dey will transfer me, so I did & dey give me an ABSA acc no & ask when I will pay I tell da guy on 25/04, to my surprise I have an ADVERSE?! how when s129 wasn't issued? I applied 4 a job &now I wont get it coz of this? I need this sorted ASAP!!!
