On 26 Feb 2013, I sent my lap top in for repairs and I was told it will take 3 weeks to repair it... 3 weeks passed and I have not received any feedback from Cell group in Sandton City... Early April I went back to the store to inquire on my product and I was told that it was beyond economical repair and they will have sent it to their insurance company to get the matter sorted... Today (24/04/13) I went back to the store for further information as no one bothered to call and update me on the matter... I was told they not sure where the lap top is and the manager personally said he will call me back with the relevant information. I have received terrible client service at the Cell C group, they keep on making empty promises and not delivering on their service.
