Vodacom 3G problems

This seems to be happening often that I find myself with slowed Internet connection for no reason. I don't download gigs of data or anything I brows frequently and can't stand that my connection is so slow that a simple text document can't even open properly.

Vodacom to my knowledge is the only supplier that has this problem as I hear friends and family all happy with there providers. I buy a expensive smart-phone from Vodacom and then struggle with the bis. I purchase the product on promise that unlimited browsing is included. Youtube is not free so where is it they expecting over use. I am considering moving providers and I have read up on hundreds of users saying the same. Vodacom is not deleviring the standards we would expect from the supposid leading provider. I will be chainging my provider soon unles the probllem gets resolved.

So much money goes into products and services that are not met. And for that we will move and find a better service.
