I am currently on maternity leave and I am not getting paid by my employer, hence the reason I want to move my debit order date.
The manager of the Knysna branch refuse to move debit order date and was extremely rude over the phone when we enquired about moving the debit order date.
I tried to move the debit order again today and the teller in the Pretoria North branch just refused to help me.
I want to know why there is motivations needed to my debit order date? Me as an account holder should know when there is money in my account and when not.
