UPGRADE QUERY

Jarred gave me a call a few weeks ago to upgrade my contract (073 030 9926) which I agreed to. Delivery was arranged but the courier couldn't't release my parcel because my first name on the contract didn't correspond with they one on my Id book. This was because the person who signed me up for the contract initially spelled it incorrectly. I called 808 for them to amend my information which they did and the reference number I got was 98879070 on 10/04/2013 from Themba. I called 083 123 3667 on 22/04/2013 to reverse the upgrade as I have been waiting for too long, I got the reference number 99289577 for the reversal. I called 083 123 3667 to speak to Jarred and I was told I cannot speak to him as he is in the Durban Branch and every time I call they promise to send him an e-mail to give me a call but till today nothing has been done. I would highly appreciate it if the upgrade was reversed and let me go to an MTN store because they are very helpful. Mtn is a good service provider it's a pity they have incompetent representatives like Jarred.
