Today i was at Vodacom for 2 hours. I was told that my phone was changed to a new one being only 2 months old. When i got there the phone was a refurbished one. I was told the i have to wait another 48 hours for a new one. This is the second time i had the same problem with the phone and the first time they said my battery was replaced but when i got there they went next door to buy one. No one manager is available to speak to on several numbers that i called to complain to. I am really annoyed with their service.
