I took a contract with iburst in January. From day 1 I received nothing but poor internet connectivity especially during the late evenings and on weekends. I have been to their store 8 times in the last 4 months as I am unhappy with their network coverage and nothing ever seems to get done. The store assistant has promised to call me with feedback each time but has never done so! I am currently trying to cancel this contract as I have received no connectivity from them since 30 March! This is the first and last time iburst gets my business!
