I wanted an ADSL line installed at my house! So telkom told me to be the whole day at my house on the 18/04/2013! I put in a day leave from work and waited! i called the call centre round about 14:15 to ask where the technician is! The lady said i can only phone at the end of the day if he doesn't show! so i called at the end of the day and all she did was rescedule it to the 22/04/2013 and promised me he will show up! so i put in another days leave in and waited, and yes he didn't show up! i gave them a call and this time they had a reason for not showing, he didn't have a modem in stock! But he didn't phone me and let me know that he will not be able to come! the call center put me through to the technician that was suppose to come to my house, i asked him why he didn't come to my house on the 18/04/2013 and hes response "I dont care, its not my problem and i don't work for you! i don't know why they gave my number to you, they know they are not suppose to! " and then he ended the call!
They just don't care if you take 10 days of leave from work! they can do with us what ever they want because they don't have competition! They don't care if you complain! after this i will never use them as my ISP!
