I had reported an incident of to Cell C, and filled in the relevant form, yet no response, the called contact center more than 6 times, yet they couldn't transfer, to the relevant department, the phone kept on cutting off, and they gave me no.s which were not relevant to my query, am 100% unsatisfied with the service given, a response will be highly appreciated, a i am without a phone, due to this incompetency.
