Hi, I have a cell phone contract with FNB, FNB debits every month, now that i have a problem with my ph they sending me to Cell C and cannot help me, I have insurance on the phone and FNB debits that to. No one can help me but rather putting me through from department to department with no answer. I need someone to get back to me and help me with this problem I have on my 7 month old BB. It is not charging, won't charge and it freezers like you won't believe. So i will appreciate if someone could get back to me in the relevant departments with relevant answers and get my phone sorted please. Thank you
