I took two contracts with Nashua Mobile which were to expire in 24 months. I contacted Transunion and was told that there was one which was still open for R195 and the other is 2 months in arrears.
I was not aware of being charged after the contract ended on the 6th January 2013 account number 33133341.
I requested that the debited order in February be unpaid as I had terminated my contract. I have since spoken to Ntombi who advised that there is a one month notice thus that means I owe R195 and not R396.
I would appreciate if this is rectified as I have not received any correspondence from you and yet you have advised transunion that I am in arrears whilst account was closed in January.
Will appreciate a response ASAP
